Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker undergoes 6 Quality Tests to ensure maximum safety and durability.

• Air Pressure Test: This test ensures NO LEAKAGE of steam & proper efficiency.
• Proof Pressure Test: This is basically a “HEAT RESISTANT TEST”. it ensures that there will be no shape damage in the pressure cooker due to regular use. However, it does not guarantee any deformity due to physical damage.
• Capacity Test: No negative tolerance is allowed which means the actual volume is always higher than the volume marked
• Vent Valve (Whistle) Regulation Test: Very important test to ensure that the pressure cooker works as a normal device at proper pressure, and temperature & the whistle is loud &clear when food is cooked.
• TRSP Test (Temperature Responsive Safety Pressure Test): This is basically a safety valve test when the vent valve operation test fails it comes into action & prevents any accident like the busting of the pressure cooker.
• Busting Test: This test is done to ensure the strength of the pressure cooker’s inner wall is strong enough to maintain 6 times more than cooking pressure.
